About Interior Nomad
Interior Nomad is an online concept, specialising in custom-made outdoor cushions and accessories. Our product range includes sunlounges, outdoor sofa cushions and parasols, available both as standard webshop products and as fully made-to-measure pieces.
Our physical showroom — The LoungeLab — is located in Sitges, Spain. While our webshop serves as a primary point of discovery and orientation, many of our products are crafted to order, and you can experience materials, fabrics, and dimensions in person before placing a bespoke order. Please mind, only on appointment.

Products & customisation
Interior Nomad offers two types of products:

Made-to-measure products; Custom outdoor cushion sets, sunlounges and parasols tailored to your specifications. These are produced per individual order and are non-stock items.

Standard products: small selection of sunlounges and outdoor cushion sets available directly via the webshop with fixed dimensions, standard fabric options, and defined lead times.
Product images on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Colours, textures, and proportions may vary from the finished product. We strongly recommend requesting fabric samples before confirming a bespoke order.

Orders, quotes & custom made orders
For standard products purchased via the webshop, your order is confirmed upon receipt of payment and a confirmation email from Interior Nomad.
For bespoke products, the process typically involves: (1) an initial orientation via the website, (2) a fabric sample request and/or an online consultation appointment or a visit at the LoungeLab in Sitges, (3) a formal written quote, and (4) confirmation of the commission with a deposit payment of 30%.
A custom made order is binding once the deposit has been received and the order confirmation has been agreed upon by email by both parties. Production begins after payment of the 30% deposit.

Pricing & payment
All prices displayed on the website are in Euros (€), excluding shipment and including VAT. Shipping costs are calculated and communicated separately in the case of custom made orders.
There is a small postal fee for color samples (max 5 pieces to your choice).
We accept payments via the methods available at the checkout. (credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal and bank transfer.)
For bespoke orders, payment details will be provided in the formal quote. Interior Nomad reserves the right to adjust prices at the website without prior notice. Quotes and confirmed orders will always be honoured at the agreed price. Quotes have an expiry period of 30 natural days.

Fabric sample requests
We offer fabric sample swatches to help customers make informed decisions about colour and texture before committing to a bespoke order. Sample requests can be submitted via the website.
Color samples (max 5 pieces to your choice) are shipped in regard of a small postal fee. Samples can be shipped within Spain, Netherlands, Belgium and France.

LoungeLab visits & consultations
Our LoungeLab showroom in Sitges is open by appointment. Visits can be booked via the website and are free of charge. During your visit, you can experience our full material and product range, discuss customisation options, and receive personal guidance from our team.

Lead Times & Delivery
Standard products are dispatched within the timeframe stated on the product page. Bespoke and made-to-measure products have longer production lead times, which will be communicated clearly in your order confirmation or quote.
All lead times are estimates and may be subject to change due to fabric availability, production scheduling, or circumstances outside our control. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.

Returns, Cancellations & Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving a reason, for standard, non-customized products.
Please note that made-to-measure and bespoke products are explicitly exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16(c)), as they are produced to the consumer's specific requirements. Once production has begun on a bespoke order, cancellations cannot be accepted and deposits are non-refundable.
To exercise your right of withdrawal for eligible products, please contact us at hi@interiornomad.es within the 14-day window. Returned items must be unused, clean and undamaged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Product Warranty
Interior Nomad warrants that all products are free from material defects and crafted to a high standard. In the event of a defect, please contact us within a reasonable time of discovery, providing photographs and a description of the issue.
The warranty period for all products is 2 years on fabrics, stitching and frame. Normal wear, misuse, improper storage are not covered. The warranty service can be a reparation, replacement or credit, depending on the case.

Privacy & Personal Data
Interior Nomad processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / Regulation 2016/679). Personal data collected via the webshop, sample requests, and appointment bookings is used solely for fulfilling your order or request, and for communication related to it.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property
All content on the Interior Nomad website, including photography, graphic design, product descriptions, and branding, is the intellectual property of Interior Nomad and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

Governing Law & Disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
We are committed to resolving any issues amicably. If you have a complaint, please contact us directly at hello@interiornomad.es before initiating any formal proceedings.

Amendments
Interior Nomad reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on this page with its effective date. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
