Return Policy 

At Interior Nomad, we create products that are designed to enhance your outdoor living experience. Because some of our products are made to order while others are standard items, our return policy differs per product type. Please read the information below carefully.

1. Custom-made products (cushions & parasols)

Our custom-made cushions and parasols are produced specifically based on your selected dimensions, fabrics, and colors.

• Each product is made to your specifications

• Therefore, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable

• Once you approve your order confirmation and pay the 30% deposit, production begins

• From that moment, your order cannot be cancelled or returned

Why?

Because these products are made uniquely for you, they cannot be resold.

Quality Guarantee

If your item arrives:

• Damaged, or

• Not according agreed specifications

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hi@interior-nomad.com.
We will always work with you to find an appropriate solution.

2. Standard products (returnable items)

For selected standard non-custom products, we offer a return option under the following conditions:

Return window

• You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return

Eligibility conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused 

• Free of stains, damage, or signs of use

• With all tags attached

3. Return process

To initiate a return:

• Contact us at hi@interior-nomad.com

• Once your return is approved, you will receive:

• return instructions

• the return address

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted

Return shipping costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

4. Refunds

• We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected

• You will be informed whether your refund is approved

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued asap

• Processing time: max 3 business days
