How do I measure my cushions?

To ensure a perfect fit, we recommend measuring:

  • Width (side to side)

  • Depth (front to back)

  • Thickness (height of the cushion)

Measure tightly along the edges (not loosely)
Always measure the existing cushion or seating area

If in doubt, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to guide you.

What outdoor fabric should I choose?

All our fabrics are carefully selected for outdoor durability. But for a final choice also check how you use your outdoor space:

  • Daily full sun exposure → choose our COASTAL PROOF fabrics which are highly UV-resistant.

  • Near pool or sea areas → opt for our PERFORMANCE fabric qualities which are waterproof and which are better resistant chlorine and salt. 

  • Patios, covered or luxury outdoor spaces → gives the possibility for our premium COMFORT fabric collection. Durable, outdoor proof with an extra comfy touch.

For a good impression feel free to order a fabric sample to see and feel at home.

How do I maintain my outdoor cushions?

To keep your cushions looking their best:

  • Remove stains as soon as possible. Preferably with handwarm water, mild soap and a clean (white) towel.

  • Always let cushions air dry completely before storing

For longer lifespan:

  • Store cushions in a dry place during heavy rain or winter

  • Use protective covers when not in use

Proper care ensures your cushions stay beautiful for years

Are all fabrics solution-dyed?

Yes, we only work with solution-dyed outdoor fabrics.

This means:

  • Colors are embedded into the fiber

  • Excellent resistance to fading from sunlight (UV)

  • Long-lasting color quality over time

Shipping & Delivery

What are the shipping costs?

We create premium, made-to-measure products, so shipping costs depend on:

  • The size of your order

  • Your delivery address

Larger items like parasols and sun loungers often require specialized transport.

We’re happy to provide a personal shipping quote
You can also choose free pickup from our warehouse in Sitges

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on the product:

  • Production time: approx. 4–6 weeks

  • Delivery time: up to 2 weeks depending on location

All products are made in Spain and shipped as soon as they are ready.

Some items (cushions, loungers, parasols) may be available from stock for faster delivery

Please note: delivery times may be longer during August and the Christmas period

How will my order be delivered?

This depends on the size of your order:

  • Color samples → shipped via Seur (24–72 hours)

  • Single cushions → parcel services like Seur or UPS

  • Large items (parasols, sun loungers) → specialized transport

We always choose the most suitable delivery method for your order

Can I pick up my order myself?

Yes, absolutely.

  • Pickup is free of charge

  • Location: our warehouse in Sitges

  • By appointment only

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we focus on deliveries within:

  • Spain (mainland)

  • Balearic Islands

For deliveries outside Spain, feel free to contact us, we’re happy to explore the options together.

What happens when my order is ready?

Once your order is ready:

  • We will contact you to arrange delivery

  • We can store your order free of charge for up to 2 weeks

After that, a small weekly storage fee applies

Do I need to be home for delivery?

Yes, please make sure someone is available on the agreed delivery date.

Because if no one is present, we will have to charge you the re-delivery costs. 

Can delivery be customized to my situation?

Yes, that’s exactly how we work.

Because many of our products are oversized, we prefer to arrange delivery personally.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return custom-made cushions or parasols?

No. Our cushions and parasols are made to your exact specifications (size, fabric, color) and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable.

Can I cancel my custom order after placing it?

As long as your order is not yet confirmed and until the 30% deposit is not yet paid you can still cancel the order. 

Once you approve your order and paid the 30% deposit, production starts. From that moment, your order cannot be cancelled or changed.

Why are custom-made products non-returnable?

Because each item is made especially for you and cannot be resold to another customer.

What if my custom product arrives damaged or incorrect?

In case your item arrives damaged, or not in accordance with the agreed specifications;

We will always cooperate with you to find a suitable solution.

Can I return standard (non-custom) products?

Yes, selected standard products can be returned within 14 days after delivery.

What conditions apply for returning a standard product?

The item must be:

  • Unused

  • Free of stains, damage, or signs of use

  • With all original tags attached

How do I start a return?

Simply email us at hi@interior-nomad.com.

If your return is approved, you will receive:

  • Return instructions

  • The return address

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

When will I receive my refund?

  • We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days
